How to Update or Change Your Account Information
Your account information is key to staying connected with Flex Mobile. Whether you’ve changed your email address, need to update your payment details, or want to modify your contact information, keeping your account up to date ensures uninterrupted service and smooth communication. In this guide, we’ll show you how to quickly and easily update or change your account information through your Flex Mobile account.
1. Log in to your account by navigating to www.getflexmobile.com and selecting Login
2. Once logged in, click Manage Profile located on the left-hand side of the screen.
3. Click on the fields you wish to update. Note: The name on the account cannot be changed via My Account.
4. After making changes, click Update to save your information.
