Follow these easy steps to activate your Flex Mobile membership.

TRANSFER
Transfer Your Number
Transferring your number is a breeze! Keep your current carrier active, and follow these steps:
- Return to your Flex Mobile My Account dashboard.
- Click "SIM Service" on the left-hand menu.
- Click "Transfer My Number".
- Enter the required information, including account number and PIN from your old carrier. To find your SIM PIN, you can usually access it through your phone carrier's online account portal.
- We will initiate the transfer and your number will be switched over to Flex Mobile in just a few hours.
If you'd prefer a new number, feel free to skip this step, and we'll assign one to you right away!

ACTIVATE
Activate Your SIM
With your number transferred, it's time to activate your SIM!
- Return to the SIM Service page in your Flex Mobile My Account.
- For eSIM customers, click "View eSIM activation code" and follow the prompt on screen to activate your new eSIM
- For physical SIM customers, insert your SIM using these instructions and follow the prompts on your device.

REDEEM
Redeem Your Welcome Bonus
Your number is transferred, your SIM is activated - now let's get you some free rewards!
- Check your email for a welcome message from Flex Mobile Rewards.
- Click "Create Account" and follow the steps to create your free rewards account.
- Browse the rewards portal and start earning rewards points for becoming a customer!
FAQs
How long does the number transfer take?
The transfer typically takes less than 30 minutes, but it can take a couple hours in some cases. You’ll be notified when the process is complete, but feel free to contact support at any time during the transfer.
What if I don’t have my account number or PIN?
If you don’t have your account number or PIN, you can contact your previous carrier’s customer service to retrieve it. Or better yet, reach out to our support team and they will help you with the process! Without this information, we won't be able to complete the transfer.
What happens to my current carrier’s plan during the transfer?
In most cases, your current carrier’s service will be deactivated once the transfer is complete. Please wait until your number is fully transferred before using your Flex Mobile service. We recommend confirming with your current carrier after the number transfer process.
Can I activate my Flex Mobile service without transferring my number?
Yes, you can skip the transfer step and still activate your Flex Mobile account with a new number. Simply choose that option during setup.
What should I do if I have trouble transferring my number or activating my account?
If you have trouble with any steps along the way, our support team is here to help! Simply click on the "Contact Support" button in the bottom left of your My Account.
